UNIFIED COLOR PROMOTES JOHN OMVIK TO VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA – April 27, 2011 – Unified Color Technologies, the HDR experts, is pleased to announce the promotion of John Omvik to the position of Vice President of Marketing. In addition to his role in managing the company’s comprehensive marketing initiatives, he assumes a central role in shaping all future product and technology developments. With a unique insight into how digital photographers utilize technology, Omvik will integrate the company’s product definition and design with its customer support and education activities to meet the explicit demands of professional and consumer photographers.

Since joining the company in November of 2009 as its Director of Marketing, Omvik has played an integral role in developing and growing Unified Color’s software offerings to become the premier true color HDR software provider for photographers. Over the last year, Omvik has overseen the introduction of four new HDR products and exponential growth in the company’s revenue and installed user base. Omvik has more than 15 years of experience in digital imaging product marketing, having held senior positions with Agfa and Sierra Imaging, and was the Director of Professional Product Marketing for Lexar Media prior to joining Unified Color.
