Replace Serial Key
If you purchased HDR Express bundled with the Roxio Creator 2012 PRO suite, and are not able to activate it with the serial key provided, this web page will allow you to exchange your original serial key for a new valid key. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you are not able to resolve the issue using the tool provided below, please contact Unified Color customer support.

Make sure you write from the email that is registered with your account. The email address is the primary identifier of a customer in our system.
